You can delete your Dose account and all its data whenever you want, whether or not you have the app installed. Dose is an app by [TITULAR].
How to request it
In the app
Open Dose and go to Settings › Account › Delete account. It’s deleted right away.
Without the app
Email [EMAIL DE CONTACTO] from your account email with the subject “Delete my Dose account”. We use it to confirm the account is yours. We’ll confirm the deletion within 30 days at most.
First: cancel your subscription
Deleting your account does not cancel your Google Play subscription. Cancel it in Google Play (Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions) so you aren’t charged again.
What gets deleted
- Your account and email.
- Your recipes and their settings (topics, places, time, voice).
- Access grants for connected accounts (Google Calendar, Google Tasks), which we also revoke.
- Your recipes’ email addresses and any pending forwarded email.
- Your doses: audio, scripts and history.
- The notification identifier of your devices.
What is kept, and for how long
- Billing records (plan, dates and amounts): as long as the law requires, up to 6 years in Spain. Google Play also keeps its own record of the purchase.
- Backups: deleted data disappears from them within 30 days at most.
- Aggregated, anonymous statistics (for example, how many doses were generated on a given day), which no longer identify you.
Deleting only some data
If you don’t want to delete your account, in the app you can delete doses from your history, delete recipes or disconnect connected accounts. For anything else, email [EMAIL DE CONTACTO].
